  I built my new home as an "Owner Builder" in Collier county over a year ago and used HRI to install my unusual Ductless mini-split inverter type A/C configuration.
  Mark (the owner) was able to smooth the way for the Collier County HVAC inspection by explaining the sizing process for this type of system - it differs from standard forced air since the amount of cooling provided ramps up to meet the load and does not suffer from the "over-sizing" risk as much as standard conventional A/C systems do. His recommendations were spot on and the system they installed works beautifully - very quiet and efficient.
  In the last month of our 1 year installation warranty, we experienced an outage that turned out to be a very slow leak at fittings to a refrigerant branch box - Mark found them and tightened them and we have not had a recurrence. This was all covered by the installation warranty.
